Cookie Notice
What cookies and similar technologies the platform uses, and how to manage them.
The short version
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to help us understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies without losing access to the platform.
What we use and why
Strictly necessary. Set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. Without these the platform cannot work. They are always on.
Functional. We store a small preference (theme, last-active view) in your browser's local storage so the platform remembers your settings between visits. You can clear them at any time.
Analytics. We do not currently use third-party analytics. If we add one (for example, a self-hosted Plausible or Umami instance) we will update this notice and ask for your consent before any non-essential tracking begins.
Advertising. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run third-party ad networks, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers.
Cookies set by third parties
When you use a feature powered by a third party, that party may set its own cookies:
- Stripe or Paddle when you make a payment (only on checkout pages).
- Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit a form protected by an anti-bot challenge.
- Supabase Auth, which sets session cookies in our domain.
The full list of third parties, what they do, and where their cookies are documented is in our sub-processor register (available on request from legal@mindarchitecturegroup.com).
How to manage cookies
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We respect browser-level "Do Not Track" and the Global Privacy Control signal as a request to disable non-essential cookies. If your browser sends either signal, we treat it as your opt-out.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if we add or change any cookies. Material changes are announced by email where you have an account.
