Founder
Meet Andre Williams
Andre is a behavioral architect with an MSc in Psychology and 15 years of experience designing human performance systems for corporate teams, elite individuals and government institutions.
His work spans behavioral science, organisational psychology and scalable learning technology, with a focus on making elite-level behavioral coaching and systems design more accessible in Trinidad, the Caribbean and beyond.
